NOTE: Late Payment Fee 50%. Bad Check Charge $30.

**Each modular retailer shall pay a fee to the AMHC for each used manufactured building sold, leased or leased to purchase during the previous month for siting in Alabama. The payment will be due on the 10th of each month for the previous month's sales, leases or leases to purchase.
