Section 535-X-17-.05 - Reporting Requirements

All manufacturers and retailers shall complete a monthly sales report on a form provided by the Commission and file it with the Commission no later than the tenth day of the month denoting the previous month's sales. Retailers must provide a new and a used sales report.
