Section 482-1-132-.01 - Statutory Authority

This chapter is adopted and promulgated by the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to the authority set forth in Section 27-2-17, Code of Ala. 1975. This chapter will rescind and supersede Departmental Regulation No. 69 dated August 15, 1992.
