Section 482-1-131-.08 - Failure To Comply

Failure of an insurer to provide or deliver a Buyer's Guide, an in force illustration, a policy summary or policy data as provided in Rule 482-1-131-.05 shall constitute an omission that misrepresents the benefits, advantages, conditions or terms of an insurance policy.
