Section 482-1-131-.01 - Authority

This rule is adopted and promulgated by the commissioner of insurance pursuant to Sections 27-2-17 and 27-12-1, etseq., Code of Ala. 1975. This chapter will rescind and supersede Departmental Regulation No. 64 dated April 1, 1981.
