Section 482-1-112-.01 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to prescribe:

(a) Requirements for statements of actuarial opinion that are to be submitted in accordance with Section 27-36A-4, Code of Ala. 1975, and for memoranda in support thereof.

(b) Rules applicable to the appointment of an appointed actuary.

(c) Guidance as to the meaning of "adequacy of reserves."
