Section 482-1-093-.13 - Separability

If any provision of any rule of this chapter or application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of that rule or application of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application and to this end the provisions of this chapter are declared to be severable.
