Section 482-1-083-.05 - Immunity Under Regulation

There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against any member HMO or its agents or employees, the association or its agents or employees, members of the board of directors, or the representatives of the Commissioner for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties granted to them under Section 27-21A-12(i) Code and this chapter.
