Section 482-1-024-.02 - [Repealed effective 2/14/2025] Applicability

This chapter shall apply to all life and disability policy forms, riders, endorsements and applications filed for approval with the Alabama Department of Insurance in accordance with Section 27-14-8, etseq., Code of Ala. 1975, on and after the effective date of this chapter.
