Section 482-1-009-.01 - Industrial Fire Insurance Defined

Industrial fire insurance policies issued by insurers writing fire and allied lines of insurance through agents operating on the debit agency system, under which system a weekly or monthly collection percentage is paid based either on actual weekly or monthly premium collections or weekly or monthly increases of premium collections.
