Section 480-9-1-.04 - Religious Exemption From Vaccination

(1) An employer shall grant an exemption from vaccination to any employee who files an exemption claim form affirming that receiving a COVID-19 vaccination conflicts with his or her sincerely held religious beliefs, practices, or observances.
