Section 470-1-2-.06 - Voting
(1) Each member of the Impaired Drivers Trust Fund Advisory Board shall be entitled to one vote, in person, by proxy or by written ballot.
(2) The method of voting, whether by voice vote, acclamation, show of hands, roll call or by secret or other written ballot, for any question before the Impaired Drivers Trust Fund Advisory Board or any of its duly appointed Committees shall be determined by the chair of the Advisory Board or the chair of the particular committee considering the question.
(3) A member of the Impaired Drivers Trust Fund Advisory Board may vote either in person or by proxy executed in writing by the member in accordance with the method of voting selected for the question by the chair.
(4) No member may cast a vote on any matter that would provide direct financial benefit to that member or otherwise give the appearance of a conflict of interest.
