Section 460-X-25-.11 - [Effective 12/15/2024] Disapproved Applications

Any Application disapproved by the Commission, disapproved by the Committee or if the Application cannot receive an allocation due to the $200,000, 000 cap, they shall be removed from the review process. A disapproved Application may be resubmitted, but shall be deemed to be a new submission and charged a new Application fee by the Commission.
