Section 460-X-25-.01 - [Effective until 12/15/2024] 2017-2027 Alabama Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit

The Purpose of Act 2017-380 and Act 2021-431 of the Alabama legislature is to provide a twenty-five percent (25%) refundable income tax credit against the tax liability of the taxpayer for the rehabilitation of historic buildings. The Rule Amendments arising from Act 2021-431 are retroactive to the effective date of Act 2021-431, May 14, 2021.
