Section 450-1-1-.03 - General Description Of Agency Structure

The organization and staff of the Department is determined by the Transportation Director. Department organization and staffing may be modified by the Director. Generally, the Department is organized as follows:

(a) Administrative Offices, which include the Chief Engineer

(b) Legal Division

(c) Central Office Bureaus

(d) Division Offices located throughout the State

(e) District Offices located within each Division
