Section 420-5-9-.18 - Nuclear Medicine Services

If the FED provides nuclear medicine services, those services shall meet the needs of the patients in accordance with acceptable standards of practice and shall be governed by the Board's Rules for Hospital s, Chapter 420-5-7, Ala. Admin. Code.
