Section 420-3-23-.17 - Department Personnel Competency Requirement(1) Department personnel performing environmental health/sanitary evaluations or complaint investigations of body art facilities shall meet the same requirements as specified for operators in section 420-3-23-.13(2)(c)10 of these rules prior to assuming responsibilities for this program.(2) The State of Alabama, Department of Public Health, shall make Body Art Facility Surveys and Program Evaluations as deemed necessary by the State Health Officer.
