Section 420-3-21-.05 - Repealer

All Camp Sanitation rules promulgated by the Board or by county boards of health, which are in conflict with these, rules or any portion thereof are hereby expressly repealed. This provision shall not apply to rules adopted under the authority of Code of Ala. 1975, Sections 22-21-20, etseq.
