Section 420-3-20-.11 - Smoked And Smoke-Flavored Fish

(1) General. Plants that produce smoked and smoke-flavored fish shall be regulated in accordance with these rules and the rules in 21 CFR, Chapter 1, Part 122 (see Appendix B at end of chapter). All definitions, specifications, diagrams and requirements contained therein and any subsequent changes thereto shall be made a part of these rules.

(2) Certified Copies. Three certified copies of 21 CFR, Chapter 1, Part 122, shall remain on file in the office of the State Health Officer.
