Section 420-3-18-.10 - Repealer

Except for those rules promulgated under the authority of Code of Ala. 1975, Sections 22-21-20, et seq., all rules promulgated by the Board which are in conflict with these rules or any portion thereof are hereby expressly repealed.

New Rule: Filed March 20, 2002; effective April 24, 2002. Repealed and New Rule: Filed November 20, 2003; effective December 25, 2003. Amended (Rule No. Only): Filed July 23, 2012; effective August 27, 2012.
