Section 420-3-17-.10 - Unconstitutionality Provided Against

(1) Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of these rules be declared unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these regulations shall not be affected thereby.

Original Chapter 420-3-17 entitled "Production, Processing, Handling and Distribution of Milk and Certain Milk Products" subsumed by Chapter 420-3-16 when Chapter 420-3-16 was Repealed and Readopted (Filed March 23, 1984).
