Section 420-3-1-.35 - Professional Signatures And Seals

It is the responsibility of any person preparing or submitting an application to ensure that all studies, engineering reports, plans and specifications, soils reports, and other technical submittals required by state lawor these rules, are prepared according to applicable licensure laws and regulations, and that they include the professional's signature and seal as required by the applicable licensure laws.
