Section 395-X-6-.03 - Rest Rooms

Each establishment shall have at least one public rest room. The rest room(s) shall have nonporus floors and clean walls and also shall be equipped with hot and cold running water, roll or disposable towels, and necessary lighting for adequate visibility. The rest room(s) shall not be used as a storage area for mops, brooms, or any other items.
