Section 356-X-2-.08 - Employment Of Regular Non-Instructional Professional Personnel

The executive director will submit nominations to the Board for appointment of regular non-instructional personnel. The Board may accept or reject nominations, but election will be only upon the recommendation of the executive director. In case of rejection, the executive director may make other nominations.
