Section 355-4-1-.07 - State of Alabama Purchasing/Credit Card Program

(1) The Division of Purchasing will establish a Purchasing/Credit Card program through a competitive solicitation process. The resulting contract or contracts will be for a period not to exceed the maximum term set out in Section 41-16-27(e) of the Code of Ala. 1975.

Rules 355-4-1-.05, Request for Quotation - General Terms and Conditions; 335-4-1-.06, Invitation to Bid (ITB) - General Terms and Conditions; 355-4-1-.08, Awards; 355-4-1-.09; Transition Period, were repealed as per certification filed November 15, 2002; effective December 20, 2001.
