Section 335-7-2-.18 - Monitoring Requirements Of Consecutive Systems

When a public drinking water system obtains water from another public water system, the Department may modify the monitoring requirements imposed by this chapter to the extent that the interconnection of the systems justifies treating them as a single system for monitoring purposes. Any modified monitoring shall be conducted pursuant to a schedule specified by the Department and acceptable to the EPA.
