Section 335-7-2-.01 - Applicability

Drinking water standards established in these regulations are applicable to water systems required to monitor for the various contaminants. Systems are required to monitor at the frequency and time designated by the Department. All systems required to meet these standards must provide drinking water in compliance with regulation 335-7 at all times.
