Section 335-6-8-.29 - Coordination With EPA

Copies of permit applications, permits, inspection reports, monitoring reports, and compilations of various other information concerning the UIC program shall be submitted to EPA by the Department in accordance with Federal regulations and/or State/EPA UIC Memorandum of Agreement.

Effective June 10, 1982. Amended: October 10, 1984. Repealed and New Rule: Filed April 11, 2002; effective May 16, 2002. Amended: Filed August 22, 2011; effective September 26, 2011.

Rule .14 was renumbered to .29 as per certification filed August 22, 2011; effective September 26, 2011.
