Section 307-X-1-.02 - Application Of Law

Except as provided in these rules, the use of marksense ballots in all elections shall be governed by the law governing the use of paper ballots and the use of direct recording electronic voting devices shall be governed by the law governing voting machines including, where local legislation permits, the use of voting centers.
