Section 305-7-4-.07 - Permanent Record

The Secretary shall keep a permanent record of Commission actions including minutes, transactions, findings, orders, determinations, resolutions and rules at the administrative office of the Commission. The Secretary, upon request, shall certify photocopies as true and correct copies of the official Commission records.
