Section 305-7-13-.04 - State Drought Plan

OWR shall publish a State Drought Plan containing at least the minimum requirements found in the Act and update it periodically but no less than every five years in accordance with Section 9-10 C-3 of the Act. Prior to the establishment, revision, or update of the State Drought Plan, OWR shall consult with the ADAPT and the MIG as well as the Alabama Water Resources Commission.
