Section 305-7-12-.03 - Failure To File Water Use Report

Failure to file a water user report with the Office of Water Resources, by any holder of a Certificate of Use, shall constitute:

(1) A basis for determining suspension, revocation, or termination of the Certificate of Use; and

(2) A violation of the Act and these Rules.
