Section 305-5-1-.39 - Executive Order No. 12372, July 14, 1982

This order which establishes new federal policy for consultation with elected officials of state and local governments and the review and coordination by them of proposed federal financial assistance and direct federal development was adopted by reference by the OSPFP Division.
