Section 305-5-1-.34 - Executive Order No. 11114

This executive order which prescribes the federal government's policy to encourage by affirmative action the elimination of discrimination because of race, creed, color, or national origin in employment on work involving federal financial assistance, was adopted by reference by the OSPFP Division.
