This document is a guide developed by the OSPFP Division to assist applicants for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program in properly filling out single purpose CDBG applications. The applicant must adhere to the guide in responding to all items on the forms. Any variation from this guide may result in the application receiving an unfavorable funding decision.
