Section 305-4-2-.01 - Objective

The Law Enforcement Planning Division's objective is to provide needed funds to state and local units of government, as well as private nonprofit agencies to formulate and implement a Comprehensive Juvenile Justice Plan. These funds are supplied, to the extent feasible and possible, as an aid in helping these agencies carry out their respective responsibilities toward th mplementation of this plan.
