Section 305-2-2-.01 - Weatherization Assistance For Low-Income Persons (WAP)

Federal rule for the WAP are found in the Code of Federal Regulations at 10 CFR Part 440 . Each year a Weatherization plan is drafted by the Energy Division of the Department of Economic and Community Affairs and is submitted to the U.S. Department of Energy for approval.
