Section 303-X-1-.13 - Employees And Contract Agreements

(1) The Board, or the Executive Director with the concurrence of the Board, may employ or contract for any clerks, experts, attorneys, and others, as may be necessary for the operation of the Board. The Board shall also have the power to make contract agreements in accordance with state law.

(2) The duties, responsibilities, and compensation for each such employee or contractor shall be set by the Board or the Executive Director with the concurrence of the Board.

(3) The Board shall not employ electrical inspectors nor provide for any electrical inspections.
