Section 300-4-9-.06 - Reporting

It shall be the responsibility of the Executive Director of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education to file all reports required by the Appalachian Regional Commission, the Alabama Commission on Higher Education, the Governor, or the Alabama Legislature.
