Section 290-2-3-.07 - Inventory Systems And Storage(1)Inventory Systems. An inventory system which provides an accurate system of accounting for all textbooks must be maintained at the local board level. The local board must account for all materials which have been: (a) Distributed to local schools;(c) Given or exchanged with other local school systems; and/or(d) Worn out or disposed of in accordance with Chapter 36, Code of Ala. 1975.(2)Storage.
