Section 290-030-050-.08 - Enforcement Proceedings

Pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, § 16-46-8, the Department may institute such action of law or in equity as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of Code of Ala. 1975, Title 16, Chapter 46 or rules in Alabama Administrative Code Chapter 290-030-050.
