Section 282-X-8-.02 - Prorated Licensure Fees

(1) The expiration of a Regular license is September 30th of every odd year. Renewal of licensure is due on or before that date.

(2) Regular license applications approved between April 1 and July 15 of the renewal year will be required to pay fifty percent of the initial licensure fees. Any license issued between April 1 and July 15 of the same calendar renewal year will be required to renew that license on or before September 30th of the same calendar year. Any license issued after July 15 of the same calendar renewal year will be required to renew that license on or before September 30^th of the following licensure renewal year.
