The Board recognizes two (2) distinct types of licensure. Applicants may be issued a temporary or regular license based on compliance with requirements stated in the Dietetics/Nutrition Practice Act of 1989 and these regulations. The Board shall issue a license to any person who meets the requirements upon submission of an application and payment of the license fee prescribed.
