Section 280-X-16-.01 - Appeals

Appeals from decisions of the Alabama Board of Dental Scholarship Awards shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 41-22-1, et seq., and other pertinent statutes.
