Section 280-X-12-.01 - Penalties Of Breach Of Loan Contract

The Board shall follow the procedure stipulated in Code of Ala. 1975, § 16-47-80, in the event a loan recipient does not adhere to the terms of the contractual agreement he/she signed when accepting the loan. (280-X-5.-.01)
