Section 262-X-2-.02 - Officers

Each year the Commission shall elect a chairman from its membership. Chairperson elections shall be held in the month of June. The Commission may appoint an executive director who shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission and shall be paid a salary in an amount to be determined by the Commission.
