Section 257-X-5-.05 - Board Action Following Investigation

The investigative committee shall have the power to act on the report of the investigation as follows:

(1) Dismiss the complaint.

(2) Enter into settlement negotiations.

(3) Commence disciplinary proceedings.

(4) Accept voluntary surrender of a license.
