Section 225-1-5-.01 - [Repealed effective 1/11/2025] Notice Of Intended Action

Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rule, the Alabama Commercial Mobile Radio Service Emergency Telephone Service Board shall give at least 35 days notice of its intended action by publishing said notice in the Alabama Administrative Monthly.
