Section 220-1-2-.02 - Contested Cases

All "contested cases," as defined in § 41-22-3(3), Code of Alabama 1975, shall be conducted in accordance with the "Alabama Administrative Procedure Act" as codified in Code of Alabama 1975, § 41-22-1, et. seq.
