The licensee is required to pay a surcharge in the amount of $35 at the time of application for certification and/or renewal. This surcharge is non-refundable nor subject to being prorated. The surcharge shall be payable to the ABC Board by cash, cashier's check or money order. The surcharge will be collected by the central office of the ABC Board and shall be used for the administration of the responsible vendor program.
